DEV TikTok is an anonymous, read-only information browser. It does not offer user accounts, personal collections, reading-history storage, cloud personal synchronization or AI processing.
Browser storage remembers channel and playback preferences and caches public content. The service worker caches the application shell for repeat visits. Clear this site's browser data to remove these settings and caches. Reading position is not synchronized between devices.
Cloudflare serves the website and API gateway. Supabase collects and caches public information from the listed sources. Operational data includes source health, aggregate API counts, response sizes and error status. These application measurements are not a complete view of provider billing.
Requests necessarily pass through hosting infrastructure, which can process IP addresses and technical logs. The application uses a daily salted IP digest for temporary rate limiting; it is not a personal profile. Rate windows are cleaned after two days and aggregate API metrics after thirty days.
Following an original-source link, loading external images, or playing an embedded video connects to that provider under its own privacy policy. Content may change or become unavailable. DEV TikTok does not permanently archive third-party articles or media.
Account-based features and AI services have been retired. The updated application removes recognized legacy account and personal-cache keys on this origin when it runs. Data on devices that never revisit, other origins, independently downloaded files or provider-managed retention cannot be remotely erased by a webpage.
